Our sweet baby is here! He arrived early after about seven and a half hours of active labor. We came home from the hospital yesterday. Breastfeeding is going way better than with Owen. We are just waiting on "evidence" that he's getting my milk. Graham has quite the fiery personality and definitely lets you know when he is not happy. His cries are high pitched and squeaky, earning him the nickname Squeaky. He is also a momma's boy and wants me most of the time. He is a little jaundiced and he has lost about a pound since birth, but the doctor isn't too concerned and we will see him again in two days.
Big brother is doing really well. He had no interest in the baby at first, but now comes running to comfort him when he cries or to touch his head. At the hospital Owen called Graham "beautiful." The three of us sat and played cars in Owen's big boy room yesterday and later I will make brownies with Owen to give him some one-on-one Mommy time. Life is crazy and hectic now, but we are loving our newest boy.

I was going to email you this morning to find out if you had given birth yet...Graham looks absolutely perfect and so snuggly! He was under 9 pounds too! WOOHOO for you! I hope you and your family are able to rest in the upcoming days/weeks. I'll be praying for a quick recovery for you and that breastfeeding continues to go smoothly. Congratulations!
